One of the NT’s most renowned landscape photographers, Paul Arnold, approached Boab seeking a complete rebrand in order to stay fresh in the rapidly expanding market. This extensive project included a full brand analysis, which informed the company’s identity and its new brand’s implementation. I developed a logo and extensive style guide, full stationery suite and promotional material.
Authentic and unpretentious, this man goes the distance to get his shots, travelling thousands of kilometres a year. As a result, each of Paul’s images has a unique story to go with it. My challenge was to convey his story and personality in his branding while still letting his images stand proud. Like a mud-covered 4WD returning from a journey in the bush, Paul brings back a bit of the Territory for each of his customers, which the mud mark element perfectly reflects.
